• Entries - with payment to be received by the Thursday before the event.
  • Ballot - in the circumstances when a ballot has to take place due to the Alliance being over subscribed only fully paid entries will be considered for the ballot which will take place on the Thursday before the Tournament.
  • Cancellation - If a player has to cancel after the entry date has passed i.e 7 days before the Alliance, it shall be the responsibility of the player to find a replacement or their entry fee is forfeited. In these circumstances a guest can be invited to play.
  • Guest Player - A guest is allowed to play one Alliance before having to join as a member.
  • Handicap - limit for Amateurs is 16.
  • Start Sheet - will be posted on the web site by the Monday before the event.
  • Results - will be posted on the web site soon after the event.
  • Alliance Uniform - please wear your black Alliance jumpers at each event.
